Two Types of Rentals
Event Venue Rentals: Our space is a great setting for celebration. Whether it’s a corporate event, wedding reception or just about any reason to party, our team has you covered. Check out our specialized packages.
Production Studio Rentals: Our professional studio is the ideal space for your next photo/video shoot. With ample lighting, multiple backdrops, and greenroom areas – LoDo offers a convenient option for any sized project.

Interior Floor Plan (downstairs)
LoDo Studios has two main areas for production as well as a post-production studio.
The main production area is 18’ x 37’ which includes a mobile standing 10’ x 10’ backdrop and modular furniture. The second production area is 9’ x 33’ just off the kitchen that includes white, cream and grey 8’ x 15’ hanging drops.
Exterior Parking Lot
LoDo Studios has a versatile outdoor space with our parking lot. We easily clear this lot to make way for a performance stage, food truck, drink station, sponsor booths, screening equipment, or anything else you may want to feature.
